Overview

I was really impressed with the functionality of the home for your needs. I think it fits really well. I was unimpressed with the cleanliness and worse lack of updates and maintenance of the house. Beyond being dirty, the carpets were in rough shape, the tile is cracked in a number of places, the fireplace doesn't work (according to the previous tenants), the rear door frame wood needs replaced, the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom doesn't work (according to the tenant), there are numerous light bulbs which didn't work (not sure if light bulb or actual fixture), the screens on the windows were damaged, the roof had a couple shingles missing, etc. (This isn't intended to represent a complete list of items that may need attention.)

Having said that, the neighborhood is terrific, by all accounts. It's a big house with everything that you need.

Let me know what you think. I personally liked it. As with all homes, there'll be items that need to be addressed. We'll start to look into price. I'm not sure how well the home is priced yet.
